The Supreme Court today granted the writ of certiorari in this case. All the Justices concur, except Fletcher, P.J., dissents.

This case will be assigned to the JULY , 1997, oral argument calendar automatically under Supreme Court Rule 50 (2), as amended September 13, 1996.

This Court is particularly concerned with the following issue or issues:

In light of this court's decision in Sturbridge, did the plaintiff present
sufficient evidence to create a factual issue regarding the defendant's
knowledge of danger to its residents on its premises?
